4000 Series Overview

The 4000 Series VXI Modules offer flexible front panel connectivity and rapid board level replacement to ensure that our customers enjoy minimal MTTR.

The innovation of the 4000 Series enables our customers to work more efficiently and reduces the repetitive hassle of splicing wires together and cumbersome programming. The 4000 Series provides a greater than 500MHz internal backplane to reduce front panel connector wiring.

The 4000 Series has been designed and developed after a number of years of building Multi-Slot VXI modules for a variety of different test applications. The 4000 Series design offers a significant advantage over our competitors products. The 4000 Series design creates very large matrixes in a very compact area and eliminates the extensive front panel wiring to connect the matrixes together. The switch modules fit in a small carrier (either the 4000 Series carriers or the 4500 Series carriers) which is then inserted into our standard VXI Chassis. The matrix then looks like a single VXI card and is fully compatible with the VXI Plug&Play software driver. Click on a link below to learn more.
