1002
DMM with M-Modules
The
Model 1002 Digital-to-Analog Converter M-Module contains sixteen independent
12-bit, analog output channels sampled at 10 microseconds. Level accuracy
exceeds 0.4% and output response time is typically 10 microseconds. Two
software-selectable output ranges support +/-10 volt bipolar and 0-10
volt unipolar operation. All calibration data is stored internally in
non-volatile memory. A local DSP provides signal routing, data acquisition
control, range selection, measurement correction and level offset normalization.
