1001 DMM with M-Modules
The
Model 1001 Analog-to-Digital Converter M-Module contains sixteen independent
single-ended input channels to a single 16-bit, 10 microsecond ADC core.
Level accuracy exceeds 0.1 percent. Each input channel has programmable
acquisition arming, timing, moving average filters, low-pass input filters
and optical isolation . Four software-selectable input ranges support
operation in +/-10 volt bipolar, 0-10 volt unipolar, +/-5 volt unipolar
and 0-5 volt unipolar. All calibration data is stored internally in non-volatile
memory. A local DSP provides signal routing, data acquisition control,
range selection, measurement correction and level offset normalization.
